A: Most items ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or new product launches, please allow a little extra time — I’ll always keep you updated via email.

Q: Can I send this as a gift?

A: Absolutely. Just check the "gift" box at checkout and include your note — I’ll handwrite it on a card and leave out the pricing.

Q: Are your prints and stickers waterproof or durable?

A: Yes! All stickers are printed on high-quality waterproof vinyl, and prints are professionally printed on archival matte paper that’s made to last.

Q: Do you offer custom work?

A: I occasionally take on custom pieces. If you're looking for something special, feel free to gladyourehereco@gmail.com. Please note: I focus primarily on ready-to-ship and seasonal collections.

Q: Where can I find my digital downloads?

A: You’ll receive an email with a download link shortly after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder, or reach out and I’ll resend it!

Q: Can I print these for my therapy office/classroom?

A: Yes — personal and professional use is totally okay! If you’d like to purchase multiple licenses for a school, hospital, or organization, please contact me.

Q: Do you offer your products wholesale?

I want you to feel good about what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order — whether it arrived damaged, isn’t quite right, or something just feels off — please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Custom items and digital downloads are non-refundable (since they’re made just for you or delivered instantly), but everything else is returnable if something didn’t go as expected.
