A: Most items ship within 3–5 business days. During holidays or new product launches, please allow a little extra time — I’ll always keep you updated via email.

Q: Can I send this as a gift?

A: Absolutely. Just check the "gift" box at checkout and include your note — I’ll handwrite it on a card and leave out the pricing.

Q: Are your prints and stickers waterproof or durable?

A: Yes! All stickers are printed on high-quality waterproof vinyl, and prints are professionally printed on archival matte paper that’s made to last.

Q: Do you offer custom work?

A: I occasionally take on custom pieces. If you're looking for something special, feel free to email julie@gladyourehereco.com. Please note: I focus primarily on ready-to-ship and seasonal collections.

Q: Where can I find my digital downloads?

A: You’ll receive an email with a download link shortly after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder, or reach out and I’ll resend it!

Q: Can I print these for my therapy office/classroom?

A: Yes — personal and professional use is totally okay! If you’d like to purchase multiple licenses for a school, hospital, or organization, please contact me.

Q: Do you offer your products wholesale?

I want you to feel good about what you receive. If there’s an issue with your order, whether it arrived damaged, isn’t quite right, or something just feels off, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Custom items and digital downloads are non-refundable (since they’re made just for you or delivered instantly), but everything else is returnable if something didn’t go as expected.
